In Jung Jang is GTM Human Resources Manager for HPE’s Korea organization.
In this role, she leads a team of HR professionals who are focused on driving a best-in-class sales organization that consistently achieves profitable growth and market share expansion.
To achieve this goal, In Jung is responsible for driving strategic human resource initiatives including talent acquisition, change management, talent management, organizational effectiveness and inclusion and diversity.
In Jung’s charter is to help make Hewlett Packard Enterprise a leader in the industry, through a highly productive, engaged and diverse workforce. She is also a member of the Country Leadership team.
Prior to this role, In Jung was a regional HR business partner for Business and Function covering Asia Pacific and a regional leader for Org. Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, and Employee Engagement in DuPont more than 16 years.
With various roles, In Jung has experienced valuable HR experience playing influential and diverse roles. And she is also an expert in large-scale transformation of corporations including organization design and change management. Working in partnership with clients, In Jung is able to be the trusted adviser who is versatile and insightful.
She earned a MBA at Aalto University in Finland and is a Professional Corporate Coaching Certificate by International Coaching Federation, and a certified Professional Facilitator. She also published a book titled “Respect which the great company chose as a Core Value”. In Jung is located in Seoul, Korea.
