Minho Jung is a consultant at Aon Hewitt with over 10 years of experience across a diverse range of topics in Talent, Rewards and Performance. He is responsible for HR management for Korean and multi-national companies. He has extensive experiences and expertise in the development of performance management systems and compensation plans. In addition to performance management and compensation expertise, he has various HR consulting experiences in the field of job analysis, organizational culture diagnosis, and post-merger integration. His clients include large multinationals and leading local enterprises from Hi-Tech, pharmaceutical, financial services and other industries. Prior to Aon Hewitt, Minho designed the HR strategy, performance management system, and other HR programs as an HR specialist with a leading fashion and retail group in Korea. He earned a bachelor of arts in sociology from Seoul National University.
